Portal Access Instructions for Members
Click the portal link button from our website or access by clicking here:
Your USERNAME is your MEMBER ID or your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.
The initial login PASSWORD is your DATE OF BIRTH (mmddyyyy).
You will be prompted to change and create a NEW PASSWORD and answer security questions. Be sure to keep record of your new password.
Click on the “START HERE” navigation tab to view and select from the drop-down menu.
If you need to RESET YOUR PASSWORD, click “forgot password” on the login screen, and enter your User ID or Email Address, answer the security question, and hit request. You will receive an email from customerservice@jjstanisco.com providing you with a new password.
