J.J. Stanis and Company, Inc. offers eligibility and billing services – giving you more time back in your day
As a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), J.J. Stanis will provide consolidated billing for all benefits we manage on behalf of your organization based on the eligibility terms of your policy contract(s). While your Benefits Office/Department will remain responsible for updating internal records and payroll, by sending all applicable eligibility changes to J.J. Stanis – the need to send separate eligibility update requests to each benefits carrier will be eliminated.
Eligibility changes include, but are not limited to:
- New Hire Enrollments
- Termination of Benefits
- COBRA election, if applicable
- Name Changes
- Address Changes
- Salary Changes
- Benefit Changes due to Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) – such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child.
Eligibility changes may be processed by sending an email to: Eligibility@jjstanisco.com with your Group Name/District in the Subject Line and the details of your request in the message body.
As a Benefits Administrator, you may also request access to our online portal to make changes on your own, or to simply view membership information and send any necessary updates to the Eligibility team for processing via the email address above.
