Portal Access Instructions for Employers
Click the portal link button from our website or access by clicking here:
If you do not have access, click here to complete a setup form. Your USERNAME will be provided to you when we notify you that your access has been setup. The initial login PASSWORD will be CHANGEME
You will be prompted to change and create a NEW PASSWORD and answer security questions. Be sure to keep record of your new password.
If you need to RESET YOUR PASSWORD, click “forgot password” on the login screen, and enter your User ID or Email Address, answer the security question, and hit request. You will receive an email from customerservice@jjstanisco.com providing you with a new password.
